“A well written guide on how to unleash your creativity and get paid for it.”

Love the ‘writing on the sofa’ incident and why his daughter defaced it and how the author reacted to it!”

“This book helped me out in a dark time.

I am a struggling self published author and this book has given me and my business a 2nd wind. I was going through a particularly difficult period when one of my friends recommended this book to me. It changed my life. I now have the will and inspiration to continue on with my craft. I don’t know what I would of done without this book. Seriously. Do yourself a favor and pick up this book if any of this sounds familiar to you.”

“Truly relevant and inspiring.
His unique yet simple methods to equip ourselves with creative skills is very well thought out and uncomplicated.

Robert has leveraged every possible means and methods to help his readers gauge the concept of creativity and consciously apply this in their day to day life until they break habit from their default setting.

I will try my best to apply my learning from this book in my day to day life and look forward to read more of such books written by Robert.”

“You are more creative than you think!

A quick read with long-term benefits, Blow the Lid Off is both an inspirational as well as an informational book masterfully written. The book expands our concept of creativity to apply to all aspects of our lives and careers and doesn’t limit it to the realm of the fine arts. By doing so, it offers readers the opportunity to look differently at everything we engage in from jobs to relationships to leisure activities to self-growth. Author Robert Belle offers new insight on how to take constructive risks that foster growth, build confidence, facilitate work-life balance, and turn the light bulb of our imagination on. Belle has a unique gift for presenting the concept of creativity in ways that readers can understand and apply to their own lives and move from self-hope to self-help. Testament to Belle’s writing talent is how thorough Blow the Lid Off is researched without making it a laborious read. I am now a Robert Belle fan!”

“Inspiring short read about how to harness your creativity.

I have read tons of self-help books but really love the message of this one. If you’re stuck in a rut it can be hard to trust yourself and take risks. This book is a great inspiration/guidebook for how to make your creativity work for you and feel good about the things you create. Definitely worth the read.”

“This book is quite inspiring. I found myself reading passages to my wife so we could share the information together. A very well-researched book to make you really think about living intentionally and creatively. Also includes some exercises, steps and real-world examples to help you unleash your creativity and help yourself.”

“This is an interesting, informative book on various aspects of unleashing one’s creativity, supported by some data and science behind it. To start off with, it starts off with an inspiring quote on being creative and productive, and not living somebody else’s life. The clash between creativity and productivity is highlighted. The left brain and the right brain. I liked the author’s views on education sometimes not providing the correct platform to explore creativity. The book has several wise quotes strewn around; for example, I liked the passage: “School rewards people for their memory. Life rewards people for their imagination. School rewards caution; life rewards daring. Make the world your classroom and not the classroom yourworld.” Coming to the presentation, I liked the takeaway sections at the end of chapters, and also, the page for scribbling in notes. These small things are actually reasonably useful, instead of scribbling notes along edges. Overall, a satisfactory read, albeit I feel it is perhaps a trifle overpriced for its amount and depth of content.”
